Project
Approach

Project
Approach

The approach focused on treating design as a system rather than a final visual output. The process began with defining the core visual and conceptual identity of Atheer, while aligning design decisions with the platform’s content goals and positioning. From there, scalable frameworks were developed to support production, collaboration, quality control, and long-term operational consistency. Following the rebranding phase, a structured product map was introduced to organize product hierarchies and dependencies, creating a clearer and more scalable ecosystem. Based on this structure, an integrated design and operations system was built, covering asset organization, naming conventions, content-specific frameworks, and workflow optimization tailored to the platform’s production dynamics. The role of design was also expanded beyond execution through the development of concept-driven proposals supported by clear design guidelines, many of which evolved into repeatable editorial standards across different content formats. Structured visual templates were established for key content types, helping align design outputs with editorial logic while improving consistency across the platform. In parallel, a culture of continuous learning was encouraged through internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, enabling the team to adopt new tools and continuously strengthen their creative capabilities.

impact

impact

The project transformed Atheer’s creative process from a reactive and fragmented workflow into a structured, scalable, and evolving creative operation. A unified brand system was established to ensure visual consistency across all platform outputs, while integrated workflows improved efficiency, reduced repetitive production effort, and created clearer alignment between design, motion, and content teams. A major part of the impact was reflected in the launch and creative direction of "Atheer Sout", where the work extended beyond visual identity into building sustainable operational systems tailored to the nature of each program and its content output. Instead of applying one fixed production model across all shows, custom workflows, visual structures, and production mechanisms were developed individually for each program based on its editorial direction, audience, publishing rhythm, and content format. This approach allowed the platform to maintain consistency at the brand level while preserving the main visual identity and flexibility of each show. The project also introduced standardized frameworks and reusable systems that accelerated production without compromising quality, alongside custom Arabic type explorations that strengthened the platform’s visual character. Overall, the work established a sustainable creative foundation capable of supporting long-term growth while maintaining clarity, consistency, and scalability across the platform.
